Today Etihad Airways went live with E-Hub, an interactive real-time mobile app specifically designed for Guest Services Staff at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Developed by Constraint Technologies International (CTI), E-Hub allows Guest Services Staff to query the most up to date schedule, gate assignments and passenger load numbers from an iPad while on the move. The app is fully integrated to reservation back-end systems allowing for the query of passenger itineraries and rebooking. Other features such as Instant Messaging allow staff to remain in touch while spread across the large terminal area.
During times of disruption, this world first technology from CTI will allow Etihad Airways to provide a superior guest experience by answering any guest queries at a gate, lounge or even hotel. CTI look forward to working with Etihad Airways in the future to expand and improve this fantastic app.
